Eye Make-up Instructions

1.         Start with the Blue Glitter.  Line the eyelid from one end to the other. 

Ensure you get all the way from the beginning corner to the very end of the lid.

2.        Apply the Gold from the corner across the eye and past the end of the blue line

3.       Apply the shimmer above the Gold across the eye to the end of the eyebrow.
